In March 2026, representative Tsukasa Chinen received the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award" at the All Japan Culinary Competition.To commemorate their 10th overall top prize, they will recreate the dishes they exhibited and offer a limited-time kaiseki course.A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the restoration of Shuri Castle.
